Delzell joins EDJE to manage Acquire real estate magazine
INDIANOLA - Rachel Delzell has joined EDJE Technologies to manage Acquire magazine. Acquire showcases homes, land and commercial property in Central Iowa. EDJE sells advertising, designs and oversees the printing and distribution of the magazine.

New magazine to feature central Iowa real estate
Indianola, IA, Oct. 4, 2010 – EDJE Technologies has partnered with Acquire magazine to help showcase homes, land, and commercial real estate in central Iowa. The magazine is available today for free at 70 central Iowa restaurants, grocery stores, and hotels.
The magazine will feature Quick Response (QR) codes for many listings. Readers can scan the square bar code with their smart phone and the phone’s browser will be directed to a web page, which provides more information about the listing. EDJE owner Ed Tlach said EDJE is among the first to provide this technology in the real estate industry.”
“With this technology potential buyers can get more detailed information about a house and even view videos on their phone from anywhere,” Tlach said. “QR codes will become commonplace in the real estate marketing, and Acquire has them now.”

Tlach said selecting the award recipients this year was particularly difficult.
“As our company continues to grow, we have been fortunate to hire some very talented people,” he said. “That makes these selections even more difficult. The team award is new this year and I like it because we ask our people to work in teams, which are able to better serve our customers. The print team is especially strong at providing outstanding customer support.”
Several local leaders joined EDJE employees for lunch: Ken Bresnan, Indianola mayor, Amy Duncan, Indianola Development Association board member, and Doug Shull, Warren County supervisor. Darcy Johnson from Wells Fargo Bank in Indianola and Arlen Schrum of Shull and Company in Indianola also had lunch.
